Rosh Hashana Honey Cake 
| 3 | eggs | | 1/2 cup | oil | | 1 1/3 cups | sugar | | 1 1/3 cups | honey | | 3 cups | flower | | 3 tsp. | baking powder | | 3/4 tsp. | baking soda | | 1 tsp. | cinnamon | | 1/2 tsp. | nutmeg | | 1/2 tsp. | all spice | | 1/2 tsp. | salt | | 2 tsp. | instant coffee | | 1 1/3 cups | cold water | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
STEPS:
| | 1) Disolve coffee into cold water. | | 2)Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, and honey well in your mixing machine. | | 3)In a seperate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, and salt together. | | 4)Alternately add step 3 and step 1 to step 2 always adding step 3 after step 1. | | 5)Pour into oiled tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. | | 6) Shana Tova, Enjoy! | | |
