 Rosh Hashana Honey Cake

 3 eggs
 1/2 cup oil
 1 1/3 cups sugar
 1 1/3 cups honey
 3 cups flower
 3 tsp. baking powder
 3/4 tsp. baking soda
 1 tsp. cinnamon
 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
 1/2 tsp. all spice
 1/2 tsp. salt
 2 tsp. instant coffee
 1 1/3 cups  cold water
  
  
  
  
  
  
 STEPS:
 1) Disolve coffee into cold water.
 2)Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, and honey well in your mixing machine.
 3)In a seperate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, and salt together.
 4)Alternately add step 3 and step 1 to step 2 always adding step 3 after step 1.
 5)Pour into oiled tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
